Create a warm, responsive, and timely interview experience for candidates in service of building a world class team.

Outcomes

Coordinating 50+ candidates simultaneously
Supporting 3+ recruiters and 10+ pipelines simultaneously
Candidate NPS ≥80%

What you will do

Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Contribute to and improve our hiring processes from the ground up
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to make key hires for the organization

2+ years of experience in a recruiting role at a startup
Organization & dependability
- Experience managing calendars and orchestrating complex scheduling with ease

- Stays on top of all candidate and interviewer scheduling requests
- Extremely fast at getting back to people and candidates
Maintains operational excellence
- Proactively flags opportunities to automate or improve processes
- Maintains high level of data hygiene in ATS
- Adheres to SLAs and keeps others accountable for hitting their SLAs

The hourly rate for this position is $35/hr – $42/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
