As Revecore’s People Partner, you will:

Work as a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist/People Partner supporting specific business units. In this role, you will work closely with employees, managers and People Team colleagues to support workforce strategies, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This high-impact role is a vital link between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies – particularly in supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees. The Role:

  • Act as a primary resource to employees, fostering trust and ensuring timely, thoughtful support across all touchpoints for inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching sessions.
  • Provide counsel and support to managers for the resolution of employee performance issues, including timely development and execution of appropriate corrective action steps, including coaching, written warnings, and terminations.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Support the administration of all leave of absence processes with compliance and empathy.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partner and centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation) to deliver HR solutions to the business.
  • Help track HR metrics and analyze data to support decision-making and improve processes.
  • Participate in People Team projects and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance people processes.
  • Stay up to date on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and innovation.

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees.
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Foundational understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle.
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset with familiarity in HRIS systems, AI tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
