As the Head of Customer Management, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our sales strategy to expand our market presence and drive the revenue growth within existing enterprise customers in the vertical Construction, Building, Metal, Steel and Emerging industries. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Sales, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve ambitious business objectives.

You are ready for your Transformation, if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience in a frontline sales leader role with a track record of driving bookings and revenue growth. A logistics/Logtech background is mandatory.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common business objectives.
  • Language skills:fluent English are mandatory, any other language would be a plus.

  • Execute a robust account management strategy aligned with the company’s GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives, priorities, and objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing account management team providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with product, field marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach for our sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on regional sales initiatives and progress.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.
