We invite a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the development of a leading healthcare cost containment platform that offers affordable health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. You’ll focus on manual testing and data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of backend processes that power core components of the platform, including patient advocacy, analytics & reporting, and accredited care management services.

Is that you?

  • Up to 6 months of commercial manual testing experience
  • Basic understanding of software testing and data validation principles
  • Familiarity with manual testing techniques and test case execution
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, conditional formatting)
  • Intermediate+ English level
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and visibility in work

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
  • Experience with Redgate or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of test management or defect-tracking tools
  • Working knowledge of Git

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll perform manual testing and data validation to ensure the quality and reliability of systems that update regulatory data across multiple healthcare revenue cycle management products.

  • Perform manual testing of data loading, transformation, and validation processes
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data from various sources
  • Execute and document test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Identify, report, and track defects related to data quality and processing
  • Collaborate with developers and data analysts to align on testing needs
  • Use tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL queries to validate and analyze data
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to testing quality improvements
