We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our brand shows up in the marketplace through bold, innovative design that drives demand and elevates our presence.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Global Brand and Creative Services Team, managing a wide range of design projects across digital and print, while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. What You’ll Do…
- Design across multiple formats: digital campaigns, social media, sales collateral, B2B presentations, event signage, infographics, webinars, and more.
- Design and produce graphics for tradeshows and events, covering exhibits, digital displays, and SWAG from concept to completion.
- Prepare production-ready files and oversee final design approvals.
- Execute and evolve brand identity across all design touchpoints.
- Maintain and organize brand guidelines and asset libraries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, on-time creative assets.
- Share and develop creative direction with peers and freelance designers.
- Help build and manage a network of external design partners.
Who You Are…
- B.A./M.A. in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate and digital design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across digital, print, and large-format design.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects/Premiere a plus.
- High proficiency in Figma and project management tools like Smartsheet.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills and Microsoft Office template experience.
- Exceptional typography skills with a strong command of hierarchy, readability, and typographic systems across digital and print.
- Deep understanding of design principles, AI design trends, and current web technologies.
Additional Consideration…
- Experience in motion graphics
- Tech/software industry experience
- Knowledge of pre-press production and complex print setup.
- Familiarity with design systems and digital asset management tools (e.g., Bynder).

US Pay Range$72,250—$195,500 USD
