IT Career Hub training programs are certified by AZAV and are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills.

We are looking for a talented expert who can inspire students and help them achieve success as UX/UI Designers.
Responsibilities:

Teaching Webflow as a part of our “UX/UI Design” course, 10-20 hours per week.
Lessons are conducted in Russian language;
Testing students and evaluating their tests;
Checking homework;
Participation in school events (master classes, open lessons, etc.);
Maintaining the relevance of the course together with the educational department;

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or front-end development;
Strong expertise in Webflow, including the ability to create responsive and dynamic websites without coding;
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, including usability, accessibility, and modern design trends;
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools for prototyping and interface design;
Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure proper collaboration with developers;
Familiarity with CMS and design system implementation within Webflow;
Understanding of user research methodologies, wireframing, and usability testing;
Ability to work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity is required, as our daily tasks and educational programs actively integrate these technologies.
Experience in teaching or mentoring, with excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
