WorkNomads is seeking a Solution Architect to join our diverse team, working hybrid or from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Dare to have a mission:
– Architect and integrate ERP (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) and CRM systems for manufacturing, automotive, or semiconductor clients
– Design scalable API, middleware, and event-driven architectures to connect enterprise ecosystems
– Develop solution blueprints that bridge business, application, and data layers
– Ensure seamless integration across systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
– Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed automation and CI/CD into delivery pipelines
– Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business outcomes
– Provide architecture governance and technical leadership to project teams
The tools in your backpack:
– 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles
– Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or semiconductor industries
– Deep expertise in ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and CRM systems
– Strong knowledge of API management, middleware platforms, and event-driven design
– Awareness of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
– Ability to travel within the EU- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Proven ability to deliver complex integration projects end-to-end
