In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Growth Operations and support the team in an incredibly wide variety of creative initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams like creative, design, engineering, events, partnership, and more – to bring innovative ideas alive.
Important: This position is a temporary role.
Lead end-to-end production of creative projects, collaborating with internal teams (creative, design, events, partnerships) and managing timelines from concept to completion.
Design and implement operational frameworks and processes for the creative team — building from the ground up to establish efficient workflows, documentation standards, and cross-functional systems that enable clarity, speed, and creative excellence at scale.
Identify, onboard, and manage external partners including freelancers, production companies, and creative agencies to execute high-quality deliverables.
Translate high-level campaign ideas into executable plans, offering creative problem-solving to deliver ambitious work within budget and time limits — from interactive crypto ATMs to integrated global campaigns.
Serve as the main point of contact across functions, aligning creative, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure clarity, collaboration, and timely execution.
Own vendor and partnership logistics, from sourcing and negotiating with production partners to managing on-site activations for events or influencer appearances, including occasional travel for live shoots.
Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, optimizing spend while ensuring high-impact, on-time delivery in fast-moving, ever-evolving environments.
Champion a creative, collaborative, and startup-minded culture — bringing energy, curiosity, and crypto enthusiasm to every project while fostering a high standard of craft and continuous improvement.
7+ years of experience in production or creative project management, ideally within agencies, production companies, or in-house creative teams.
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, making confident decisions and finding creative solutions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality, timelines, or stakeholder alignment.
Strong budgeting and vendor management skills, including contract negotiation, vendor sourcing, and maximizing output within budgets.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication, with a track record of aligning designers, engineers, and marketers around shared goals.
Ability to operate independently with a “see it, solve it” mindset, taking initiative to move projects forward without waiting for direction.
Interest or prior experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Bitcoin, bringing energy and curiosity to building in the crypto space.
You’re fluent in English and based in the US, UK, or EU, where you can collaborate seamlessly across global teams.
