Deine Position

  • Define the Global Utility Product Vision: Set and steward the global product vision and strategy for 1KOMMA5°’s utility business — covering metering, tariffs, trading, and flexibility services. Drive the long-term roadmap for how we provide, manage, and scale energy across markets.
  • Lead and Grow your Product Team & Stakeholders: Manage and mentor a growing team of Product Managers responsible for key product domains within our utility stack. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation across commercial, technical, and operational areas.
  • Standardize and Scale Core Systems and Processes: Develop and implement global standards for systems, technical setups, and partner integrations. Ensure our retail energy products operate consistently and efficiently across markets — from tariff design to billing and data exchange.
  • Drive Operational Excellence Across Energy Markets: Oversee market operations processes including metering, trading, and market communication. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Energy Operations, and Trading teams to embed operational excellence into product design.
  • Monitor Performance and Deliver Business Impact: Define and track KPIs across product performance, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and profitability. Use data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvements in the utility portfolio.
  • Align Internal and External Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Commercial, Energy Operations) and external partners (utilities, DSOs, market operators) to ensure alignment, compliance, and shared success.
  • Anticipate Market and Regulatory Developments: Stay ahead of regulatory, commercial, and technological trends in energy retail and flexibility markets. Translate emerging opportunities and requirements into actionable product initiatives.
  • Lead Commercial and Go-to-Market Success: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Market Leads to position and scale our energy products globally. Ensure our energy offerings deliver measurable value to customers and strengthen 1KOMMA5°’s market leadership.
