What Impact youβll make:
As the Site Customer Portfolio Manager located at our Client’s site in the greater area of Corpus Christi South Texas with a dynamic customer base you will need to demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for Gas Power within GE VERNOVA.
You will be responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contract/s and customer obligations, fulfill service agreement obligations, fixed price, material program management, and interact with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and/or other teams.
Your high levels of operational judgment are required to achieve objectives under our SQDC principles.
The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
What youβllΒ doΒ
As the Customer Portfolio Manager, you will serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and your assigned customer(s),Β own the customer relationship,Β customer communication and contribute to the overall business strategy inclusive of the P&Lβs and Growth OpportunityΒ for this Portfolio located in Corpus Christi.
Develop and own site customer communication plan, coordinate andΒ facilitateΒ regular “Customer meetings” reviewing open items and action plans and reviewingΒ existing and new GE Vernova products/servicesΒ that could provide value for the customer at the site.
OverseeΒ Gas Power warrantyΒ and applicable commercial considerations including concessions as they arise balancing maximum benefits for the customer and GEV.Β
Be responsible forΒ developingΒ outage scope/communicating scope to the field services team.Β
Be responsible forΒ outage/non-outage parts planningΒ including requests for quotes, providing quotes to customers, placing/managing parts orders through delivery, and invoicing for parts as applicable.Β
Provide leadership in owning and driving all emergent/forced outage matters to resolution.Β
Prepare, organize, andΒ facilitateΒ pre-outage planning meetings, post-outage meetings and outage milestone meetings includingΒ On-Site Repairs and Part and Component RepairsΒ performed in GRS addressing repairs issues in the GEV network.Β
Own contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables and understanding theΒ T&Cs and contract requirementsΒ such as LD & Bonus structure.Β
WhatΒ youβllΒ bring: (Basic Qualifications)Β
Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited University (OR anΒ AssociatesΒ degree from a college or 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)Β
Minimum of 7+ years of Outage Management with Technical Field knowledge of Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power Equipment experience

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position isΒ $119,600 – $199,400 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety ofΒ factors, including the candidateβs experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible forΒ a 15% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at leastΒ 11/8/2025.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas of the USA.
