As an Customer Success Manager at MKS PSD Business division, you will partner with Field Sales, Inside sales, CSR, Application, Service, Contract, Customers, etc. to do prospecting, account penetration, support, execute, contribute, etc.. In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

• Travel Requirements: Up to 50 % of Travel is required.

• Level of formal education : Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred

• Major requirement: Physics, Optics, Materials, Chemistry
• Years of job-related work experience: 7+ years of sales experience or customer success experience required
• Work experience requirement: Has experience of selling lasers, photonics products

Preferred Skills: (Optional)
• Preferred Skill 1: Has the experience to manager big account
• Preferred Skill 2: Has the experience to promote the product in target market
