The Customer Success Manager, Automotive is a key member of our growing Auto vertical team. This role is responsible for onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of mid-sized automotive customers.
In this player-coach environment, you’ll operate with high autonomy and act as a trusted advisor to dealership stakeholders — from initial setup through renewal. You’ll also help build the operational playbook for how Conversica supports success in the auto market.
The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000 – $100,000 per year, plus 20% variable bonus for an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $102,000 – $120,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
