Visa Direct is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to design and produce digital‑first, visually rich, and highly engaging learning experiences. This role is hands‑on and creation‑focused, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics, animation, and the use of AI-powered tools to build scalable, modern learning solutions.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller, learning/instructional designer, and creative problem solver who excels at translating complex, fast‑evolving topics into clear, compelling, and learner‑centered experiences. You are equally comfortable designing learning architecture as you are producing animated explainers, short‑form videos, interactive content, and AI‑enhanced learning assets.
Responsibilities:
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 1 year of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA).
4–5 or more years of experience in motion graphics/video creation and learning experience design.
Strong hands on experience with Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate.
Experience creating multimedia learning content, including video, animation, and interactive assets.
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Work samples may be requested.
Familiarity or experience using timeline based media creation tools.
Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple learning formats.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical, or incomplete source material into clear, learner focused content.
Strong AI fluency, with experience using AI tools for learning design and content creation.
Demonstrated interest in continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and AI enabled approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 146,200.00 to 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
