UX/UI Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product or UX/UI Designer with a strong user-centric mindset who understands how businesses and users actually work. Someone who can analyze workflows, uncover pain points, and translate them into intuitive product experiences.

If you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer, ideally in an agile product development environment
• Strong user-centric mindset and deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Strong proficiency in UX and UI design for B2B SaaS or enterprise-level products, solutions, and services
• Experience with end-to-end product design, from user research and conceptualization to high-fidelity prototyping and testing
• Ability to translate complex processes and requirements into clear UX artifacts (user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes)
• Ability to actively participate in product discovery workshops and problem-framing sessions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• Proven experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

What You’ll Do

• Take an active role in product discovery and user research (interviews, usability testing, stakeholder workshops)
• Analyze and map complex user workflows and business processes
• Create user journeys, flows, and information architecture for enterprise systems
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate product concepts
• Validate design solutions with users and stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, clients, and business stakeholders
• Participate in discovery workshops (journey mapping, problem framing, prioritization)
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions
