Now, we’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our mission from Australia, covering the entire APAC region.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be exclusively dedicated to TELUS Health’s mental health portfolio – one of the most critical and rapidly growing areas of healthcare today. You’ll be the bridge between our innovative mental health platform and the exceptional psychologists, counsellors, therapists, and mental health professionals who make healing possible.

What you’ll do

  • Be a Trusted Advisor and Partner: Delve deep into the intricacies of TELUS Health, offering expert advice on talent strategies and crafting innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region.

  • Become an Expert in Your Field: Source exceptional candidates, drive seamless selection processes, and provide invaluable market insights.

  • Champion Customer Experience: Ensure every hiring leader and candidate embarks on an exceptional hiring journey, leaving a lasting positive impression.

  • Promote Our Culture: Cultivate and nurture relationships internally and externally, embodying our core values and culture.

  • Educate and Influence: Lead the charge in ensuring that your client group fully embraces and adheres to the Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes, maintaining alignment with best practices.

  • Navigate Ambiguity and Change: Embrace a continuously evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability towards change as you support and guide the business in building solutions to address talent and market challenges

  • Master Analytics: Harness the power of data to drive informed decisions, uphold hiring compliance, and propel continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  • Stakeholder Influence: Showcase your ability to engage and influence your stakeholders, driving alignment and collaboration.

  • Exceptional Problem-Solving: Identify and tackle challenges and opportunities with confidence and creativity.

  • Strong Collaboration and Negotiation Skills: Adept at influencing and negotiating effectively to drive impactful outcomes.

  • Extensive Recruitment Experience: 5+ years of recruitment in large corporate environments and ideally supporting health related portfolios.

  • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

  • Global Scope: Experience in recruiting across the APAC region will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse talent pool.
