Role
We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect – GSI to join our Partner Engineering department. This is a fully remote U.S. role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Engineering. The Partner Solution Architect is responsible for educating partners on why a network centric application access approach is no longer ideal and requires a complete reimagining of how users and applications access resources anywhere in the world.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Educate our Global Systems Integrators on driving digital transformation with Zscaler for their clientele by demonstrating Zscaler use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value (POV) efforts
- Develop solution offers in collaboration with Global Systems Integrators by leveraging your technical expertise, leading cross-functional teams, and helping partners onboard and support new customers
- Serve as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler by working across sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to drive mutual success
- Support enablement and solution development efforts with Global Systems Integrators to create opportunities and close new business
