Dear Hiring Team,
I am thrilled to apply for the Customer Success - DACH position at ElevenLabs. With over 5 years of experience in Customer Success and Technical Account Management, I have a proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and cross-sell in complex enterprise environments. Your mission to transform voice and AI technology deeply resonates with me, and I am eager to bring my technical and commercial expertise to your high-velocity team.
I have successfully managed accounts throughout the DACH region, combining fluent German with a consultative approach to help customers maximize their ROI. I thrive on digging into usage data and spotting opportunities before they become issues, exactly as your role describes. My ability to bridge engineering and revenue has consistently resulted in strong Net Revenue Retention growth.
I am excited by the prospect of owning the full customer lifecycle at ElevenLabs—from onboarding to expansion—and working alongside a world-class team. Thank you for considering my application; I look forward to discussing how I can contribute.
Sample interview questions
In my previous role, I managed enterprise accounts in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on AI and cloud solutions. I conducted regular business reviews, aligned technical roadmaps with customer goals, and identified upsell opportunities by analyzing usage patterns. For example, I helped a client expand from a single API integration to a multi-department deployment, increasing their contract value by 40%.
I see technical depth and commercial outcomes as complementary. By understanding the customer's technical stack and usage data, I can identify friction and propose solutions that solve real problems, making the business case for expansion natural. I prioritize high-impact actions that both improve adoption and create revenue opportunities, and I collaborate with sales and engineering to close deals effectively.
I rely on a disciplined framework: I segment my book of business based on risk and growth potential, and I set clear weekly goals aligned with quarterly targets. I use AI tools for tracking and automation, and I regularly communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment. In autonomous environments, I treat every challenge as an opportunity to take ownership and deliver measurable results.
I once noticed a customer's usage dropping after a major leadership change. I proactively contacted the new decision-maker, re-onboarded their team, and mapped our solution to their new strategic priorities. By hosting tailored training sessions and providing a phased deployment plan, I was able to renew the contract and later expand it by 30%.
I allocate time each week to research industry trends and new product releases, and I participate in beta programs when possible. For customers, I create concise technical briefs that highlight how new features can solve their specific pain points, ensuring they see the continuous value of our platform. This approach has helped me become a trusted advisor and drive faster adoption.

About the role
This is a builder’s role, where you’ll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs’ most exciting customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You’ll get ahead of the problem. You’ll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You’ll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
What this looks like day to day
You’ll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs’ full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You’ll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You’ll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You’ll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
