Job Overview
The Talent Attraction team at TE Connectivity ensures the end-to-end process of hiring the best talent across our global businesses. As the Supervisor, Talent Attraction Coordination, you will lead the Talent Attraction Coordination team supporting LATAM and North America, ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will partner closely with Talent Attraction Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Services, and external vendors to deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience while driving process standardization, service quality, and continuous improvement. This role is based in Mexico and is responsible for leading Talent Attraction Coordination operations across the LATAM and North America regions.
General Activities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Attraction Coordinators supporting recruitment activities across LATAM and North America, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning to build a high-performing Talent Attraction Coordination team while fostering employee engagement and career growth.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment coordination activities, including interview scheduling, management of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors and/or SmartRecruiters, utilization of ticketing platforms such as Zendesk for case management and service delivery, offer letter administration, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex recruitment coordination issues, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, stakeholder concerns, and operational challenges.
- Partner closely with Talent Attraction Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, HR Services, and external vendors across the LATAM and North America regions to ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Monitor team workload, capacity planning, productivity, and service quality across the LATAM and North America regions to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, implementing automation opportunities, standardizing best practices, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance within the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors and/or SmartRecruiters, while maintaining recruitment metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting to support business decision-making.

What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or Shared Services, including prior experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Experience supporting recruitment operations across the LATAM and North America regions, with a strong understanding of regional recruitment practices, employment considerations, and stakeholder management.
- Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively partner with senior Hiring Managers, Talent Attraction Partners, HR leaders, and external vendors.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment coordination within a global or multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations, interview scheduling, offer management, pre-onboarding, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors and/or SmartRecruiters, and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk) used to manage recruitment operations and service delivery.
- Experience managing service delivery metrics, SLAs, operational dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives in a shared services or Talent Acquisition environment.
