AI insightThe listing states a rate of $30 USD per hour, which annualizes to approximately $60,000 at 2,000 hours per year. Because this is short-term freelance work with no guarantee of full-time hours, the annualized figure should not be treated as guaranteed annual compensation. Cover letter sample

Dear Testlio Hiring Team,

I am interested in supporting this functional testing project for Italian business onboarding. As an Italian-speaking business owner, I can follow the new-user journey carefully, document issues clearly, and provide practical feedback from a real customer perspective.

I am comfortable working independently across iOS, Android, and desktop devices while using defect-tracking tools and test instructions.

I would welcome the opportunity to help improve the PayPal Business account creation experience for companies in Italy.

Sample interview questions
How would you document a bug encountered during the PayPal Business account onboarding flow?

I would follow the supplied test steps exactly, record the device, operating system, browser or app version, timestamps, screenshots or video, expected result, actual result, and reproducible steps before submitting the defect in the tracking tool.

What would you do if the onboarding process fails or displays an unexpected error?

I would report the behavior clearly and avoid making assumptions about its cause. If permitted by the test instructions, I would retry the flow once, check whether it occurs on another required device, and preserve evidence without exposing sensitive company or account information.

What usability feedback would be most valuable for this assignment?

I would approach the process as a genuine first-time business user, paying attention to clarity of language, required documents, confusing fields, error messages, and points where an Italian company owner may hesitate or abandon the process.

How would you confirm that you meet the project eligibility requirements?

I would verify in advance that I am physically located in Italy, own an eligible S.R.L. or S.R.L.S., do not have an existing PayPal account tied to that company, and have access to the required iOS, Android, and desktop devices.

How would you manage a short freelance testing assignment with ad-hoc requests?

I would reserve the setup and testing time, complete the preparatory materials, follow the requested cadence, and communicate promptly through the designated Testlio channels if a blocker affects delivery.
