About this role.

AI Summary

Webflow is seeking a six-month, full-time contract Paid Social Specialist to execute and optimize B2B paid social campaigns, primarily in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and secondarily in Meta. The role owns hands-on campaign building, audience activation, experimentation, UTM quality assurance, and weekly performance optimization across full-funnel programs. The specialist will support core-market, EMEA, brand-awareness, partner, and account-based marketing initiatives while maintaining strict regional and audience segmentation. Success is measured by CRM-sourced pipeline outcomes, including MQL and Sales Accepted Opportunity pull-through, rather than platform activity alone. This remote role requires meaningful overlap with US Eastern time and strong self-direction under a growth marketing manager's strategic guidance.

Sample interview questions
How do you structure a full-funnel LinkedIn campaign for an enterprise B2B audience?

I separate upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel objectives into distinct campaigns with clear naming, budget controls, creative themes, and success metrics. I use matched-account and contact lists where available, apply customer and open-pipeline exclusions, and maintain separate retargeting pools so performance and frequency can be managed by funnel stage.

How would you determine whether a campaign is contributing to pipeline when platform conversion data is limited?

I would validate UTMs and campaign naming first, then review Salesforce and Tableau reporting for MQL creation, opportunity progression, and Sales Accepted Opportunity pull-through. Platform metrics such as reach, CTR, CPM, and engagement are diagnostic inputs, but I would base optimization recommendations on CRM-sourced outcomes and documented attribution methodology.

What is your weekly optimization process for LinkedIn campaigns?

I review delivery, spend pacing, CPM, frequency, engagement, audience saturation, and downstream CRM performance by campaign, audience, creative, and region. I prioritize changes with a clear hypothesis, such as reallocating budget toward stronger audiences, refreshing fatigued creative, adjusting bids, or refining exclusions, and document both the change and expected outcome.

How would you manage EMEA campaigns alongside core-market campaigns?

I would create separate campaign structures, reporting views, budgets, naming conventions, and retargeting audiences for each region, including UKI, DACH, and France. I would verify that regional lists, exclusions, language or creative considerations, and tracking parameters remain isolated from the core market to preserve clean measurement.

Describe how you ensure tracking quality before launching a paid social campaign.

I use a launch checklist covering approved campaign naming, destination URLs, UTM parameters, audience inclusion and exclusion logic, conversion or reporting alignment, creative specifications, budget, dates, and QA previews. After launch, I confirm that traffic is being captured correctly in analytics and that Salesforce or BI reporting can distinguish the campaign according to team conventions.

About the role

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.

We’re looking for a contract Paid Social Specialist to own day-to-day execution and optimization across LinkedIn (primary) and Meta (secondary). This is a hands-on, in-platform role. Strategy, budget allocation, and cross-functional direction sit with the growth marketing manager you’ll report to — your job is to take approved briefs and turn them into well-built, well-optimized, well-measured campaigns.

You’ll be measured on pipeline pull-through, not activity. If you like being accountable to downstream numbers and have opinions about why a campaign is or isn’t converting, you’ll do well here.

Details

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Rate: $83/hr
  • Remote, with meaningful overlap with US Eastern hours

What You’ll Own

  • Core market builds and optimization
    • Build, restructure, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnel
    • Deploy account-based and contact-level audience lists supplied by the growth team, including customer and current-pipeline exclusions
    • Manage tiered Sponsored Messages, Document Ads, and single-image programs
    • Run a weekly optimization cadence: bids, budgets, audience refinement, creative rotation, CPM and efficiency management
    • Run Meta mid-funnel retargeting and account-based programs
    • Design and execute in-platform experiments — audience, format, bid strategy, funnel structure
  • EMEA expansion
    • Manage EMEA full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns (UKI, DACH, France) from approved regional strategy
    • Build and maintain separate regional retargeting pools
    • Keep EMEA segmented from core market at all times, in both build structure and reporting
  • Brand awareness
    • Own brand campaign builds and monthly optimization cycles across LinkedIn and Meta
    • Measure brand work on reach, frequency, and brand lift signals — not direct conversion
  • Partner and account-based programs
    • Execute partner co-marketing and account-based campaigns on paid social from approved briefs and audience lists
    • Handle audience activation, campaign QA, and launch checks
  • Measurement hygiene
    • Own UTM construction and QA for every campaign you launch, following documented team conventions
    • Report performance against MQL and Sales Accepted Opportunity pull-through using Salesforce and Tableau — platform metrics are diagnostic only
    • Flag anomalies with a diagnosis attached, not just a metric

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience running B2B enterprise programs at meaningful scale
  • Fluency with full-funnel LinkedIn structure, matched audiences, contact-level list uploads, exclusion logic, and the full ad format range
  • Working knowledge of Meta for B2B retargeting and account-based targeting
  • Experience being held to CRM-sourced pipeline metrics, not platform conversions — comfortable in Salesforce and a BI tool like Tableau
  • Rigor about tracking: UTM discipline, naming conventions, clean campaign hierarchies
  • Experience running multi-region programs where regions are measured separately
  • Self-direction. You’ll get clear priorities and be trusted to execute without daily check-ins

Nice to have

  • Experience with list-building or data enrichment tools (Clay or similar)
  • Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Account-based marketing program experience
  • Agency background managing enterprise B2B social budgets
