Sample interview questions
Describe an AI-driven growth workflow you built and the measurable result it produced.

I would explain the problem, the metric being targeted, the tools and workflow architecture used, and the controls implemented for quality. I would then share baseline versus post-launch performance, lessons from failed iterations, and how I scaled the workflow once it proved effective.

How would you choose the first metric to own for a newly launched feature?

I would start with the feature’s business goal and user journey, then identify the most actionable leading indicator, such as qualified activation, feature adoption, or organic landing-page conversions. I would validate that the metric can be measured reliably, establish a baseline, and connect it to a meaningful downstream outcome.

How do you decide whether to continue, revise, or stop a growth experiment?

Before launch, I define the hypothesis, success threshold, guardrails, expected time window, and decision rule. I continue tests that show credible movement or useful learning, revise tests with clear execution issues, and stop tests that miss the agreed threshold without a defensible reason to extend them.

What is your approach to earning mentions and backlinks without relying on low-quality outreach?

I would prioritize relevance and genuine value by identifying publishers, communities, partners, and creators whose audiences benefit from the feature. My outreach would offer a useful asset, data point, tool, expert perspective, or collaboration angle, then I would track response quality, placements, referral traffic, and authority impact rather than volume alone.

How would you maintain quality when using AI to scale content and outreach?

I would use structured prompts, source verification, brand and factual review checklists, and human approval at high-risk points. I would also monitor outputs for duplication, inaccurate claims, weak personalization, and deliverability issues, using performance feedback to improve the automation over time.

About the role

We’re the Growth Marketing team. We move fast, run experiments (a lot of them), and measure everything. This role owns the growth of a single feature end-to-end — you’ll automate the work, ship the content, run the experiments, and go get the mentions and collaborations that make it climb. Half operator, half growth hacker, fully AI-native.

What you’ll do

  • Own a feature’s growth. Pick the metric, build the plan, and push it up and to the right.

  • Automate everything. Build bots, agentic workflows, and automations that ship content and experiments at scale — not by hand.

  • Ship and review. Publish content, tools, and pages fast, then review what worked and iterate.

  • Reach out. Hunt down collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements (Reddit, Quora, Substack, partners, PR) that grow topical authority.

  • Run experiments. Form the hypothesis, launch it, read the signal, log it, move on. Kill the zombies fast.

What you bring

  • Native or near-native English — you write and edit cleanly, and you can pitch a stranger convincingly.

  • AI-native mindset. You already build with AI tools (Claude, agents, automations) and want to push them further.

  • Speed and ownership. You’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect. The number is yours.

  • Growth instinct. You spot the lever, test it, and double down on what moves.

  • Range. Comfortable jumping between content, outreach, automation, and analysis in the same day.

Bonus points

  • Experience with SEO/GEO, linkbuilding, or community/PR outreach.

  • You’ve built your own scrapers, bots, or content pipelines.

  • A track record of quick wins — a feature or page you grew fast, with the numbers to show it.

How we work

Weekly ships. Real KRs. Experiments over opinions. You’ll own a number, and you’ll have the AI toolkit and autonomy to move it fast. 🚀
