Sample interview questions
How would you identify Reddit communities where Think Academy can participate credibly?

I would begin with keyword and competitor research, then review subreddit size, activity, audience fit, rules, moderator guidance, and the tone of high-performing discussions. I would prioritize communities where we can answer recurring questions with genuine expertise and build a participation plan tailored to each community.

How do you ensure branded content does not feel overly promotional on Reddit or Quora?

I lead with the user's question and provide a complete, useful answer even if no link is included. Any brand reference should be transparent, relevant, and proportionate, while following each platform's self-promotion and disclosure requirements.

Describe how you would manage and grow a branded subreddit.

I would establish clear rules, a content calendar, moderation workflows, and response standards, then seed useful recurring formats such as parent Q&As, learning tips, and resource discussions. I would measure engagement quality, returning contributors, post performance, and moderation trends to refine the strategy.

What metrics would you use to evaluate community-content performance?

I would track reach, views, upvotes, comments, saves where available, click-throughs, referral traffic, engagement rate, sentiment, and the quality of conversations. I would also distinguish vanity metrics from indicators of trust, such as repeat engagement, helpful replies, and positive community feedback.

How would you respond if a post received negative feedback or was removed by moderators?

I would review the community rules and feedback carefully, avoid defensiveness, and acknowledge any mistake when appropriate. I would contact moderators respectfully if clarification is needed, document the lesson, and adjust future content and approval processes to prevent repetition.
