Sample interview questions
I would first map the organization’s decision-makers, influencers, clinical champions, and procurement stakeholders. I would build a hypothesis around operational and clinical pain points, use targeted outreach to earn discovery conversations, and develop a multithreaded account plan that combines executive engagement with bottom-up adoption signals from individual practices.
I establish a mutual action plan early, document stakeholder goals and decision criteria in the CRM, and identify potential blockers before they delay the process. I maintain consistent executive communication, quantify business value, coordinate internal specialists, and create clear next steps after every interaction.
I would focus on the operational consistency, scalability, and practice-level efficiency that a unified technology platform can provide. My discovery would identify the organization’s specific challenges, such as workflow variation, growth demands, or support needs, and I would connect Dandy’s capabilities to measurable business and clinical outcomes.
I would track pipeline coverage against quota, stage conversion rates, sales-cycle length, deal age, forecast accuracy, multithreading depth, and the number of opportunities with validated business cases and next steps. I would also monitor leading indicators such as executive meetings, discovery quality, and pilot-to-rollout conversion.
In a high-growth setting, I prioritize the highest-value accounts, create lightweight repeatable playbooks, and seek rapid feedback from customers and internal partners. I document what works, share lessons with leadership, and iterate quickly so that early wins become scalable operating practices.
