Sample interview questions
How would you identify and prioritize the APAC MSP communities, peer groups, and events where Huntress should invest?

I would combine account and pipeline data with qualitative input from sales, partner success, and existing MSP advocates. I would prioritize communities based on audience fit, partner influence, regional growth potential, engagement history, and the ability to create sustained relationships rather than one-off event exposure.

Describe how you would turn feedback from MSP owners into useful action for product, sales, and marketing teams.

I would capture feedback in a structured format, separate recurring themes from isolated requests, and quantify impact where possible. I would then share concise insights with the relevant teams, include representative partner context, recommend next actions, and close the loop with partners so they know their feedback was heard.

What would a successful regional community program look like in its first six months?

I would define goals across community growth, partner engagement, event participation, strategic-account influence, and pipeline contribution. The program would include a focused event calendar, educational sessions, partner advocacy opportunities, consistent follow-up, and reporting that links engagement activity to relationship and revenue outcomes.

How do you tailor a cybersecurity presentation for an audience of MSP owners and executives?

I focus on the business consequences of security decisions, including risk reduction, operational efficiency, customer trust, and service differentiation. I use clear examples, avoid unnecessary technical jargon, and provide practical next steps that help attendees connect cybersecurity trends to their own growth plans.

How would you manage a demanding travel schedule while keeping multiple strategic initiatives moving forward?

I would plan around clear quarterly priorities, establish repeatable project workflows, and maintain a visible tracker for commitments, owners, deadlines, and outcomes. Before and after each trip, I would schedule preparation and follow-up time, use strong internal communication routines, and delegate or automate administrative work where appropriate.
