Sample interview questions
I would first clarify the required skills, language, geography, volume, and screening criteria. Then I would map adjacent titles and communities, build Boolean searches, use referrals and professional networks, test niche platforms, and measure response and conversion by channel to quickly reallocate effort.
I track channel-level metrics such as prospects identified, contact rate, response rate, qualified rate, and conversion through each stage. If a channel has strong responses but weak qualification, I refine targeting and messaging; if qualification is high but volume is low, I expand adjacent talent pools or add new channels.
I would communicate the risk early using clear evidence: available-market observations, funnel data, likely impact on timeline or volume, and the actions already tested. I would also recommend practical alternatives, such as adjusting profile criteria, expanding eligible markets, changing outreach messaging, or revising the delivery plan.
I use automation to accelerate research, organize prospect data, draft and personalize outreach, identify duplicate records, and summarize funnel trends. I treat AI output as an assistive tool, validate information carefully, and retain human judgment for candidate fit, communication, and ethical sourcing decisions.
I set clear handoffs, document search strategies and decisions, maintain visible progress dashboards, and establish communication routines that support asynchronous collaboration. For critical meetings or launches, I align overlap hours in advance and make priorities, owners, and next steps explicit.
