Sample interview questions
I would first clarify the required skills, language capabilities, geography, volume, timeline, and screening criteria. I would map likely communities and channels, build targeted search strings, test several outreach approaches, and use early conversion data to shift effort toward the strongest sources.
I track metrics such as response rate, qualified-candidate rate, screening pass rate, and time to fill by channel. When a bottleneck appears, I diagnose whether the issue is targeting, messaging, eligibility criteria, or process friction, then run a focused experiment and compare results.
I establish clear must-have criteria and a simple qualification process before scaling outreach. I use channel-level quality data and structured screening feedback to prioritize sources that produce qualified contributors, rather than optimizing only for lead volume.
I use concise written updates, shared dashboards, documented decisions, and agreed response-time expectations to keep distributed teams aligned. I also schedule recurring overlap meetings for escalations while ensuring routine work can progress asynchronously.
I would use automation to accelerate research, organize lead data, draft outreach variations, and identify patterns in funnel performance. Human review remains essential for validating relevance, maintaining respectful communication, protecting data, and making final sourcing decisions.
