Sample interview questions
I would first acknowledge the frustration in Spanish and confirm the order details, missing items, and desired resolution. I would review the order history and applicable policy, explain the available options clearly, complete the appropriate resolution, and document the interaction so any follow-up team has full context.
I use the knowledge base and workflow steps consistently, verify key account and order details before acting, and summarize the resolution in clear notes. I prioritize efficient communication without rushing decisions, especially when a case has financial, delivery, or account-access implications.
I would investigate the available information, confirm that no existing policy covers the situation, and avoid making unsupported promises. I would then escalate through the correct channel with concise notes, relevant screenshots or order details if available, and a clear explanation of what the customer needs.
I track repeated themes in contacts, such as the same checkout error or delivery concern, and collect specific examples that show frequency and impact. I share a concise summary with my supervisor or operations partner, including the pattern, affected users, current workaround, and a practical suggestion for improvement.
I separate empathy from agreement by acknowledging the customer’s experience and explaining the policy in plain language. I focus on what I can do, offer any eligible alternatives, and ensure the customer leaves with a clear understanding of the next step rather than a generic refusal.
