Sample interview questions
I define the ideal customer profile, segment target accounts by revenue potential and advertising maturity, and use personalized outbound sequences across email, phone, and social channels. I track conversion by stage in the CRM, refine messaging based on response patterns, and maintain sufficient qualified coverage against quota.
I begin by understanding the team's growth goals, existing media mix, measurement challenges, and decision process. I then connect relevant platform capabilities to business outcomes, use a tailored proposal and proof points, and align technical stakeholders early so the evaluation is both commercially and operationally credible.
I document measurable customer outcomes, identify the economic buyer, clarify decision criteria and process, and surface pain points and internal champions. This structure helps expose gaps early, create a mutual action plan, and produce a more reliable forecast.
I would avoid positioning the conversation as a replacement discussion at first. I would explore where the current approach is underperforming, such as reach, transparency, optimization, creative flexibility, or measurement, then propose a focused use case that demonstrates incremental value.
I involve Account Management and Solutions teams before close when appropriate, document goals, stakeholders, promised capabilities, and success measures in the CRM, and hold a structured transition meeting. This ensures onboarding starts with clear expectations and supports long-term account expansion.
