Sample interview questions
I would define priority account segments based on vertical, media spend potential, and programmatic maturity, then map relevant decision-makers. I would use personalized multichannel outreach, track engagement in the CRM, and continuously refine messaging based on conversion data.
I use a structured framework such as MEDDIC to understand the customer's business metrics, pain points, decision process, stakeholders, and competitive alternatives. I only advance opportunities when there is a clear use case, credible value, and an agreed next step.
I update opportunity stages, close dates, contacts, next actions, and qualification notes immediately after meaningful interactions. I also conduct weekly pipeline reviews to remove stalled deals, revise forecasts, and ensure every active opportunity has a documented next step.
I would focus on outcomes rather than jargon: a DSP helps advertisers reach relevant audiences efficiently across digital channels, optimize campaigns in real time, and measure performance. I would connect those capabilities to the prospect's specific acquisition, awareness, or conversion goals.
I would review prior discussions, campaign history, and likely reasons momentum stopped before reaching out with a relevant hypothesis. My message would offer a specific new insight, market change, or campaign opportunity, then seek a short discovery conversation rather than immediately pushing for a sale.
