Sample interview questions
I would segment priority audiences such as active high-volume traders, HNWIs, family offices, and prop desks; map relevant communities and referral channels; and run a disciplined outreach and partner-referral process. I would measure qualified pipeline, activation, funded accounts, trading volume, retention, and referral conversion.
I would first review activity patterns, product usage, service interactions, and any operational or pricing friction. After a tailored conversation to understand the client's objectives, I would coordinate relevant product, operations, or support solutions and set a follow-up plan with measurable recovery milestones.
I treat compliance as part of the client experience rather than a late-stage obstacle. I set expectations early, collect required information accurately, escalate enhanced-due-diligence cases promptly, and work closely with compliance teams without making exceptions that create regulatory risk.
I would track net trading volume, AUM, funded-account activation, client retention, net revenue, product adoption, referral contribution, response times, and risk or compliance completion rates. I would segment results by client type and cohort to identify scalable growth opportunities.
I would document feedback in a structured format, quantify its commercial impact, and distinguish urgent issues from broader product opportunities. I would share evidence-based recommendations with product and operations teams, align on ownership and timelines, then communicate progress back to clients.
