Sample interview questions
Describe an AI-generated video ad you created from brief to delivery. How did you structure the process?

I start by clarifying the audience, core message, platform, and performance goal. I develop several hook directions, generate and curate visual assets, then assemble, composite, edit, sound-design, and quality-check the strongest concept. After delivery, I review performance signals and use the learnings to improve the next iteration.

How do you prevent generative-AI output from looking inconsistent or off-brand?

I use a defined visual brief that includes reference frames, character and environment constraints, composition, lighting, and color requirements. I generate selectively, inspect outputs for anatomy, continuity, and artifact issues, and use Photoshop and After Effects to correct details, unify shots, and match the established style guide.

How would you use ad-performance data to improve a mobile-game creative?

I would review retention, click-through, conversion, and audience feedback indicators to identify where the creative loses attention or what message resonates. I would then test focused changes such as the opening hook, pacing, gameplay reveal, visual contrast, narrative tension, or call to action rather than changing every variable at once.

What is your experience with ComfyUI or other node-based AI workflows?

I use node-based workflows when I need more repeatability and control than a preset-based tool provides. I organize reusable pipelines for generation, conditioning, upscaling, cleanup, and variation testing, document useful settings, and refine the workflow so it can support fast production without sacrificing quality.

How do you manage several urgent creative briefs while retaining quality?

I prioritize work by business impact, deadline, and production risk, then break each brief into clear milestones for concepting, generation, edit, review, and delivery. I communicate risks early, reuse proven pipeline components where appropriate, and reserve final review time for brand, technical, and platform-specific checks.
