Sample interview questions
How would you create a complete visual asset package for a new real-estate client?

I would first review the client's brokerage and social profiles to understand their brand, market, and design style. Then I would source and organize compliant imagery, verify the correct logos, prepare required web variants, and perform a final check against the SOP before delivering the package.

What steps would you take to ensure a brokerage logo is appropriate for use on a client website?

I would locate an official or approved source, compare the logo against the brokerage's documented brand requirements, and check its quality, colors, spacing, and file format. If there were uncertainty about compliance or a need for reconstruction, I would escalate it rather than make assumptions.

How do you maintain accuracy when handling repetitive asset-preparation tasks?

I use a structured checklist for naming, dimensions, formats, brand variants, and folder organization. I also review the final package from the Website Builder's perspective to make sure every required asset is easy to find and ready to use.

How would you choose stock imagery for a luxury real-estate website?

I would select images that fit the client's market, audience, brand tone, and local architectural or interior style. I would also ensure that images meet licensing, quality, composition, and company-SOP requirements while avoiding generic or inconsistent visuals.

How would you manage the graveyard schedule and remote-work reliability requirements?

I would establish a consistent sleep and work routine, prepare my equipment before each shift, and maintain reliable primary and backup internet access. I would communicate early about any technical issue and keep my files organized so work can continue efficiently.
