Sample interview questions
I would segment accounts by revenue potential, lifecycle stage, adoption health, renewal risk, and expansion signals. I would then establish standardized engagement cadences and success plans, automate low-touch workflows, and reserve strategic human effort for accounts where intervention or growth potential is highest. Weekly KPI reviews would track GRR, NRR, renewal coverage, adoption, and expansion pipeline.
I set clear expectations that customer value and commercial performance reinforce one another. I coach through account reviews, call feedback, opportunity planning, and measurable development plans, focusing on discovery, ROI storytelling, stakeholder mapping, and renewal strategy. I also make performance transparent through consistent dashboards and peer learning while recognizing behaviors that create durable customer value.
I would begin with high-volume, repeatable tasks such as account research, health-score monitoring, meeting preparation, follow-up drafting, renewal-risk alerts, and knowledge retrieval. After defining quality controls and adoption metrics, I would pilot workflows with a small group of AMs, measure time saved and customer impact, then document and scale the successful playbooks. Training and feedback loops would ensure the team uses AI as an augmentation tool rather than an inconsistent add-on.
I would evaluate GRR, NRR, renewal rate, expansion and cross-sell attainment, churn reasons, adoption and usage trends, account coverage, forecast accuracy, and time-to-value. For team health, I would also monitor pipeline hygiene, activity quality, productivity by segment, and the effectiveness of automated workflows. Metrics should be segmented so that performance is assessed fairly across different account tiers.
I use direct account work selectively to stay close to customer realities, model strong commercial behavior, and support critical situations. My primary focus remains creating leverage through clear operating rhythms, coaching, scalable playbooks, and strong delegation. I ensure the team has decision rights and useful data so that leadership involvement is concentrated on strategic issues rather than routine execution.

About the Role
As the Corporate Account Manager Lead, you’ll lead a team of Account Managers across our highest-velocity, highest-volume post-sales segment. You’ll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact – driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value across a large, fast-moving book of accounts.
This is a revenue-critical role at an inflection point: ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and Corporate is where that scale shows up first – more accounts, more velocity, and less room for anything that doesn’t repeat well. The decisions you make around segmentation, playbook design, and how AI agents and automation get embedded into everyday AM workflows will define how this motion performs as volume keeps growing. Making ElevenAgents the agent of choice across the Corporate portfolio is a core part of that expansion playbook.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate – building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells are owned with the same rigor as any quota-carrying sales function.
Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold up across hundreds of accounts, not just a handful.
Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume without simply adding headcount.
Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment where every AM is actively experimenting with and adopting AI-powered approaches to their work.
Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business scales, partnering closely with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional or corporate-segment books of business.
Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross sell), with a clear commercial instinct.
2+ years of direct people leadership experience – managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and automation can do, and are ready to lead a team through a meaningful shift in how work gets designed and executed.
Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling) adapted for a high-volume, scaled motion.
Strategic operational thinking: able to make sound calls on segmentation, playbook design, and process at scale as account volume grows.
Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.
Bonus: Hands-on with tools (ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, Sigma) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
