Sample interview questions
I would define clear visual and brand criteria across concept, composition, lighting, motion, narrative clarity, realism, and suitability for the channel. I would combine reference examples, repeatable review rubrics, and documented failure patterns so the standard can be applied consistently across projects.
I begin with the campaign objective and creative proposition, then select the appropriate model and reference strategy. I test prompts, control inputs, and iteration paths, document successful settings, and refine the workflow until it reliably produces assets that meet the intended creative standard.
I evaluate it against a real production use case, measuring output quality, control, consistency, speed, integration effort, and legal or brand-risk considerations. A tool should improve creative possibilities or production efficiency enough to justify the learning and operational cost.
I would connect feedback to the creative objective rather than focus only on the technology. For example, I would explain that the result lacks a clear focal point, has inconsistent lighting, or does not communicate the intended emotional beat, then show the specific changes needed.
I use concise workflow documentation, reusable templates, reference libraries, demonstrations, and hands-on coaching. I also encourage feedback loops so team members can share failures and improvements, helping the practice evolve instead of remaining dependent on one person.
