Sample interview questions
How would you keep a healthcare media campaign on track when multiple agency teams are involved?

I would establish a detailed timeline with owners, dependencies, approval points, and delivery dates, then maintain a shared status report. I would run concise check-ins, identify risks early, document next steps, and escalate blockers promptly so media, creative, analytics, and client stakeholders remain aligned.

Describe how you would communicate a campaign pacing or delivery issue to a client.

I would first confirm the data and understand the likely cause with the media team. I would present the issue clearly, explain the business impact, recommend practical optimization options, and document the agreed action plan, owners, and timing in the follow-up communication.

What steps would you take to ensure materials are ready for client delivery in a regulated healthcare environment?

I would use a checklist to verify accuracy, version control, required approvals, claims support, links, budget details, and formatting before delivery. I would also confirm that the appropriate medical, legal, and regulatory review process has been completed through the client-approved system.

How do you approach budget tracking and billing forecasts for an account?

I would reconcile planned scope, approved estimates, hours, direct costs, and actual expenditures regularly. I would flag variances early, validate assumptions with project and account leads, and update forecasts so the client and agency have an accurate view of budget status and profitability.

How would you build trust as a day-to-day client contact?

I would be responsive, prepared, transparent about progress and risks, and consistent in following through on commitments. I would also learn the client's business objectives and audience needs so that my updates and recommendations are relevant rather than purely administrative.
