Sample interview questions
I would define an ideal seller profile using category fit, audience engagement, product uniqueness, selling consistency, and digital presence. I would then use social platforms, online communities, marketplaces, referrals, and targeted research to build a segmented prospect list and prioritize leads with the strongest activation potential.
I would first ask questions to understand the specific concern, such as time investment, audience reach, setup complexity, or commercial value. I would tailor the value proposition to that concern, share relevant evidence or examples where available, clarify onboarding support, and agree on a low-friction next step.
I organize prospects by segment and create adaptable messaging frameworks for each segment. Before outreach, I add relevant details about the seller's products, community, or live-selling activity, while using CRM workflows and AI tools to manage follow-ups and maintain quality at scale.
I would track qualified leads created, outreach activity, response and meeting rates, seller conversion, onboarding completion, and activation outcomes. I would also monitor feedback themes from prospects and new sellers to improve messaging, qualification, and the onboarding experience.
I would plan my week around the periods when target sellers are most active, reserve focused blocks for outreach and follow-up, and maintain a clear CRM-based priority system. I am comfortable adapting availability to business needs while protecting consistent execution and timely communication.
