Sample interview questions
I begin with a clear component library, templates, and documented style rules. I use structured review checkpoints and channel-specific export guidelines so that speed does not compromise typography, imagery, accessibility, or brand expression.
I assessed each request by launch impact, dependencies, and production complexity, then created a visible priority plan with stakeholders. I standardized repeatable formats, communicated trade-offs early, and delivered the highest-impact assets first while keeping all owners informed.
I adapt creative to the platform, audience, placement, and campaign objective while preserving the core concept. I design modular variants for testing, make messages legible at small sizes, and ensure all final files meet technical specifications.
I use them as an exploratory and production-support tool for concepts, visual directions, and selected asset development. I validate licensing and brand suitability, refine outputs in standard design tools, and apply human creative judgment before anything is released.
I maintain organized source files, naming conventions, version control, and export checklists. Before delivery, I verify dimensions, color profiles, file formats, copy accuracy, links, and platform specifications, then provide clear documentation for partners.
