Sample interview questions
I review product adoption, customer goals, contract history, support themes, organizational changes, and whitespace data. I then prioritize accounts by potential value and readiness, validate the opportunity with customer stakeholders, and create a mutual plan tied to measurable business outcomes.
I map decision-makers and champions, assess current solution usage, identify strategic initiatives and gaps, define opportunity hypotheses, and establish actions, owners, timelines, and revenue targets. I review the plan regularly with Customer Success and adjust it as customer priorities change.
I would begin by understanding their care-delivery objectives, operational challenges, technology landscape, and success metrics. I would ask open questions, confirm the impact of current gaps, align relevant capabilities to those needs, and agree on clear next steps with the appropriate stakeholders.
I establish regular account reviews, share CRM updates and customer intelligence, and clarify ownership for each action. Client Success helps validate customer outcomes and adoption needs, while Marketing can support targeted messaging, events, and relevant proof points.
I qualify the opportunity early, document stakeholders and decision criteria, create a mutual action plan, deliver tailored presentations, address objections, prepare accurate pricing and proposals, and maintain clear follow-up. I use CRM discipline and forecast reviews to keep both the customer and internal teams aligned through signature.
