  • Martech stack: own B2B-facing tools and integrations, including CaliberMind, GA4, HubSpot, Qualified, Webflow, and evaluate new tooling as needs evolve.
  • Training and enablement: ensure the has the resources and knowledge to own the reporting and orchestration of their channels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • KPI ownership: define and maintain B2B marketing metrics (MQLs, MQAs, pipeline coverage, Pipe-Spend ratio) and the reporting cadence behind them.
  • Executive reporting: build and deliver pipeline briefings and performance readouts for B2B marketing leadership.
  • Dashboards: own the B2B analytics stack across CaliberMind, Looker, Data Studio, Salesforce, and GA4, and keep it accurate as definitions change.
  • FY planning support: partner with Strategic Finance and RevOps on fiscal year target-setting, run-rate projections, and scenario modeling for B2B pipeline and budget as well as org-level OKR setting.

Budget & Planning

  • Budget ownership: oversee the B2B marketing budget, including forecast, actuals, monthly reconciliation, and shifts across programs and months.
  • Vendor management: track spend and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • FY planning: lead annual and quarterly budgeting and planning for B2B Growth Marketing in partnership with Strategic Finance.

Marketing Website & CRO

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Process and tooling: set the team’s operating rhythm and own its project management tooling (Asana and Jira).
    • Builds with AI: personally build AI-powered workflows for reporting, analysis, and campaign operations that enable the team to make better decisions and scale without additional headcount.
    • AI enablement: lead rollout of AI tools within B2B Growth Marketing, including data governance for tools connected to live CRM and marketing data, and set the team’s judgment for where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
    • Cross-functional partnership: serve as B2B Growth Marketing’s primary point of contact for Sales, SDR, RevOps, Strategic Finance, and Client Success on shared data, process, and reporting questions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations, ideally supporting complex or enterprise sales cycles.
  • Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or similar) and the integration with Salesforce, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign orchestration.

  • Experience managing and developing a high performance team.
  • Sharp, direct communicator, comfortable presenting pipeline and Marketing performance data to executive leadership.

Core skills

Skills and capabilities most closely associated with this opportunity.

Sample interview questions
How have you designed and defended a multi-touch attribution model with Sales and Finance stakeholders?

I start by aligning stakeholders on the business decisions the model must support, such as investment allocation and pipeline forecasting. I document source data, stage definitions, crediting rules, limitations, and validation checks, then compare the model with alternative views such as sourced pipeline and influence reporting. Regular reconciliation and transparent communication build confidence in the methodology.

What steps would you take to improve HubSpot and Salesforce lead management at Maven?

I would audit lifecycle stages, routing logic, required fields, campaign taxonomy, sync health, and SLA performance. From there, I would create a shared data dictionary, simplify inconsistent processes, define ownership for exceptions, and build monitoring dashboards for routing speed, conversion, and data completeness. Any changes would be tested with Sales and RevOps before broad rollout.

How do you manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget in a rapidly changing environment?

I establish a monthly operating cadence that combines actuals reconciliation, committed spend, forecasted spend, and pipeline performance by program. I use scenario models to show the impact of reallocating investment and distinguish fixed commitments from flexible channel spend. This allows leaders to make decisions using current data rather than waiting for quarterly planning cycles.

How would you approach a B2B website CRO program while maintaining accessibility standards?

I would begin with baseline funnel measurement, qualitative feedback, technical performance, and accessibility audits against WCAG 2.1 AA. I would prioritize hypotheses based on expected impact and effort, run controlled A/B tests, and ensure each new experience is reviewed for accessibility before release. Results would be documented so winning patterns can be reused across landing pages and campaigns.

How do you introduce AI tools into marketing operations without compromising data quality or governance?

I identify specific workflows where AI can reduce manual effort, such as data QA, reporting summaries, campaign setup checks, or analysis support. Before implementation, I define approved data sources, access controls, human review requirements, and accuracy tests. I then pilot with measurable success criteria, train users on appropriate use, and continuously monitor output quality and risk.
