Sample interview questions
I would compare the filter with the intent and key attributes in the query, then check whether applying it would reasonably help the customer narrow results or find suitable alternatives. I would document my assessment according to the project guidelines.
I review the written guidelines before starting, apply the same decision criteria to comparable cases, and periodically check earlier examples to ensure my judgments remain consistent. If a case is ambiguous, I use the defined escalation or feedback process.
I prioritize tasks by deadline and complexity, work in focused blocks, and verify each rating before submission. I balance speed with accuracy by following the established criteria rather than making unsupported assumptions.
My Swedish proficiency enables me to understand wording, intent, nuances, and customer preferences in Swedish queries. I can identify when labels, filters, or suggested alternatives are linguistically unclear or do not match the user’s request.
I would first review all available guidance and comparable examples. If the scenario remains unclear, I would avoid guessing and use the project’s designated channel to request clarification or flag the item appropriately.
