Sample interview questions
How would you determine whether a filter is relevant to a customer's search query?

I would compare the filter’s meaning with the query intent and the likely product attributes the customer is seeking. I would then apply the project guidelines consistently and document or flag ambiguous cases when required.

Describe how you maintain accuracy during repetitive rating tasks.

I work in focused batches, regularly recheck my decisions against the guidelines, and review completed assessments for consistency. I also avoid rushing when a case is unclear and use the available instructions before making a decision.

What is your experience using Swedish and English in online work?

I can read and interpret Swedish content accurately and communicate in English when following instructions, completing assessments, or asking project-related questions. This allows me to assess localized search experiences while working effectively with an international team.

How would you handle an unclear or borderline rating case?

I would first consult the written guidelines and compare the item with relevant examples. If the ambiguity remains, I would use the designated escalation or feedback process rather than making an unsupported assumption.

How do you organize work when weekly task volume changes?

I plan my available hours around active task volume, set focused work periods, and monitor deadlines or throughput expectations. This helps me remain reliable while adapting to a freelance, project-based schedule.
