ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We’re building the industry’s first Predictive Revenue System, where humans and AI work together to make confident decisions based on real signals. As our Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales, you’ll lead a team of high-performing Account Executives winning net new business with enterprise customers. • Raise team productivity and efficiency through innovation, new technologies, skill set training and process improvement.

HOW YOU’LL WORK HERE

  • Move as One: You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales Operations and Product to hit revenue and KPI goals, and rally direct and indirect teams around shared results.
  • Evidence over Ego: You’ll run pipeline reviews and forecast from real signals, and say so when the data changes your mind.
  • Lead from the Front: You’ll become a product expert who can demo and help close deals, and coach each Account Executive toward quota and their own career path.
  • Customer-Inspired: You’ll help your team educate the market on the power of Salesloft and turn what enterprise buyers tell you into sharper deals and coaching.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’re a results-oriented, strategic leader who builds and coaches enterprise Account Executive teams to win net new business, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you want to learn more, do more, and become more, this is your next move.

  • Achieved and exceeded revenue targets, and guided teams through complex, evangelical sales cycles.
  • Brought urgency and an execution focus, with a belief in Salesloft’s mission and an approach that goes beyond relationship management.
  • Worked self-directed and resourcefully, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Rallied direct and indirect staff behind shared results as a team-building leader.

IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience hiring, developing and coaching Account Executives to consistent month-to-month results.
  • In-depth knowledge of competitors and unified communications and collaboration industry trends.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peer leaders on a growing team.

Core skills

Sample interview questions
How have you led an enterprise sales team to exceed new-business and bookings targets?

I set clear operating metrics across pipeline creation, stage conversion, deal quality, and forecast accuracy, then coach each seller against the constraints visible in their data. I combine regular deal reviews with targeted enablement and executive support for the highest-impact opportunities.

How do you maintain accurate forecasts in complex enterprise sales cycles?

I use evidence-based forecasting that validates buyer engagement, business pain, decision process, competition, technical requirements, and mutual action plans. I also inspect downside risk early and distinguish committed opportunities from aspirational pipeline.

Describe your approach to developing underperforming Account Executives.

I diagnose whether the issue is capability, activity quality, territory strategy, process discipline, or motivation. I establish a specific improvement plan with observable weekly behaviors, practical coaching, deal support, and measurable leading indicators before evaluating results.

How would you partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to improve enterprise revenue performance?

I would align on the ideal customer profile, pipeline coverage, conversion bottlenecks, buyer feedback, and reporting definitions. I would turn field insight into focused campaigns, enablement priorities, product feedback, and operating changes that improve win rates and sales velocity.

What is your role in strategic enterprise deals while still empowering your team?

I stay close enough to validate strategy, remove executive-level obstacles, and help articulate business value without taking ownership away from the AE. My goal is to raise the seller’s effectiveness, reinforce a disciplined deal process, and intervene directly only where leadership involvement creates material leverage.
