Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. While we are a startup and like to move fast, we also believe that good product takes deep thought and time. We are a highly remote and distributed organization, but in this role interaction with our US (and occasionally Europe) based customers and US Go To Market team is key, as is clarity and depth of thought when communicating product changes to the rest of the organization. This individual will report directly to the Head of Product based in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for one of our key product lines.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitive analysis to not only educate extended stakeholders, but also drive innovation and competitiveness with your product offering.
  • Engage with customers in the US and occasionally Europe for product feedback and iteration.
  • Direct and work with a remote Engineering team (Europe based).
  • Use clear, concise, and effective communication skills in a remote organization. For example, the ability to write detailed, thoughtful specifications for Features is critical.
  • Engage with our internal US Go to Market resources for feedback and rapid early product iterations.
  • Utilize data to make informed product decisions and set OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure success.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
  • Become a product and subject matter expert, representing LeadIQ externally to customers and partners for your assigned domain.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on product management experience building SalesTech domain related features and products.
  • Leadership through influence rather than organization structures. Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional product development teams.
  • Strong product design skills, from both a technical API and user interface design perspective.
  • Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
