I am a Medical Laboratory Scientist with a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science and more than three years of experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory quality control, and medical research.

I have hands-on experience validating diagnostic tests and interpreting laboratory data across Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Hematology, blood banking, and transfusion safety. I prioritize accuracy, precision, patient safety, and proper documentation in every workflow.

My experience reviewing clinical data for errors, contamination, inconsistencies, and clinical relevance directly supports healthcare data annotation, AI evaluation, and medical content validation work. I am comfortable following detailed SOPs, applying quality-assurance processes, and producing structured reports.

I have also trained and supervised students and junior laboratory staff on laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, specimen handling, and quality requirements. Clear written communication, attention to detail, and evidence-based decision-making are central to my work.
