Manage employee life cycle for 20 locations including Onboarding, Benefit Enrollment, Leaves of Absence, Worker’s Compensation, and Terminations.
● Manage Employee Relations, Investigations, Documentation, Mediation, and coaching restaurant leaders in conflict resolution
● Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws
● Guide employees with relevant benefits, payroll, policy, and EAP issues
● Prepare, coordinate, and present HR related training for leaders
● ATS implementation and management
● Revise employee handbook, company policies, corrective action procedures, code of conduct, benefits education
● Lead Open Enrollment
● Manage all Human Resource functions for over 400 + employees including benefits and 401k enrollment/renewal, maintaining electronic employee records, processing biweekly payroll, Leaves of absence, disability benefits and FMLA.
● Coordinate employee lifecycle events including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training for non-exempt and exempt employees.
● Manage and process all leaves, sick pay, employee absences, requests for accommodation and any payroll errors. Update COVID-19 guidelines and communicate all updates and policies to people managers.
● Organize and facilitate events to build and foster employee engagement.
● Support HR Executive Manager with employee relation issues including investigations,
record keeping, and exits.
● Approve all progressive discipline documentation for leadership team
