I am an accomplished Human Resources Senior Professional renowned for a dynamic blend of expertise, strategic insight, and a proven track record in various industries. With a career spanning over 20 years, I have established an illustrious reputation for spearheading HR/Talent strategies, fostering organizational growth, and cultivating high-performing teams.
Currently serving as a Freelancer, Senior HR Advisor, Executive Coach, and Visiting Professor at Metropolitan College,I offer unparalleled guidance to a diverse portfolio of companies across technology, services, production, oil & gas, and energy sectors. My role involves architecting and implementing robust HR processes, from employee manuals to performance management, bonus structures, compliance adherence, and talent development initiatives.
Prior to this, as a Human Resources Director, I shaped the HR landscape of one of Greece's top retail companies, overseeing a team of 11 while revolutionizing talent management frameworks, and introducing progressive performance evaluation systems. My tenure witnessed the establishment of a comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Department and the implementation of innovative employee engagement programs that significantly boosted retention rates and overall satisfaction.
With an extensive background in multinational corporations, I honed my skills in strategic HR business partnering, talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compliance adherence across diverse functions and industries.
Education-wise, I have recently acquired a Diploma in Executive Coaching accredited by the Association for Coaching, i hold an MSc in Work & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology among other prestigious certifications and training programs in HR, leadership, and consultancy skills.
