Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer

I own the diagnostics module of OrgLab, the platform's most data-intensive surface, and work end to end across React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails services, and Neo4j graph queries.

I lead delivery within a team of 8 and help translate client-facing requirements into technical scope and architecture decisions. I also serve as frontend code owner for the module.

I built the cross-repository instruction layer for internal AI agents, improved first-time-right delivery by 64%, and cut PR review comments in half. I also rebuilt GitHub Actions pipelines across repositories, reducing full-suite runtime from 60–80 minutes to 12–15 minutes.

I took the product from zero to MVP in 2 months and to production in 3, leading a cross-functional team of 12 across frontend, backend, QA, and design.

I built the payment and subscription system in-house, shipped LLM-generated market sentiment to production, and owned prompt/model orchestration through streaming delivery in the client.

I also built the statistical engine in Python, handled infrastructure on Fly.io, and integrated data extraction, MetaAPI/MT5 execution, device fingerprinting, and retention tracking.

I joined as a Senior engineer and moved to Lead within six months, then ran a cross-functional team of 10 across frontend, backend, QA, and design.

I rebuilt the map experience, authored an in-house mapping library on Leaflet, and maintained shared charting and design-system packages. I also built the admin panel from scratch and supported the Scala service work behind it.

I migrated both production applications from class-based to functional React without a feature freeze, and I hired and mentored junior and mid-level engineers through formal level evaluations.

I migrated 20+ screens from AngularJS to React while continuing active feature delivery.

I improved performance through API batching and request-path optimization, built the internationalization layer, and shipped French as the first non-English locale.

I also delivered Gmail extension features that embedded workflows directly into the inbox and was named Hero of the Quarter across engineering teams.

I delivered frontend work across five client products, including Academic Positions, Nova Poshta, and Axon Dynamics.

I owned the admin and payments surface on Axon Dynamics, including Stripe integration, and ran framework migrations on live products without pausing feature delivery.

I also implemented internationalization for 13 countries, initiated a Next.js rewrite, and built an in-house charting library for high-volume broadcast monitoring data.

I worked as a junior frontend engineer on JetIQ at Vinnytsia National Technical University.

This role marked the beginning of my professional frontend career and gave me early experience working on production web interfaces in an academic environment.
