I am an experienced ESL Speaking Tutor specializing in Business English, with a focus on providing high-quality online classes for VIPs of Japanese companies. Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to tailor lesson materials to meet the specific needs of my students, ensuring that they receive the best possible education. My journey in education began in 2012, and I have since taken on various roles that have allowed me to grow and refine my skills in teaching and quality assurance.

In my previous role as a Product Development and Creatives Staff, I was responsible for writing English lesson materials based on customer requests. This position honed my ability to create engaging and effective educational content. I also conducted material testing to improve the company's material creation process, which further enhanced my understanding of educational needs and standards.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I supervised a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, ensuring that office-based EFL tutors were evaluated accurately. I validated complaints made by students or their parents, which taught me the importance of maintaining high standards in education and addressing concerns promptly.

My experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst involved evaluating EFL tutors' classes and providing one-on-one mentoring. This role allowed me to develop my analytical skills and understand the intricacies of effective teaching methods. I also worked as an ESL Associate, conducting online English lessons for Japanese students, which broadened my teaching experience.

Currently, I am an ESL Writing Tutor, where I conduct online analysis and coaching on students' written essay submissions.
