I am a Senior HR Leader with over 30 years of experience driving organizational transformation at industry leaders such as IRSA, PSA Peugeot Citroën, and Perez Companc. Throughout my career, I have specialized in integrating Artificial Intelligence into talent management and building high-productivity ecosystems inspired by Formula 1 methodologies. My expertise lies in process reengineering, change management, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with global efficiency and flexibility standards.

Currently, I work as an Independent Consultant and AI Specialist, leading cultural and digital transformation projects. I leverage AI tools to optimize HR decision-making and improve operational efficiency across organizations. My approach combines deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology to deliver impactful results.

During my tenure at PSA Peugeot Citroën, I served as HR Manager and F1 Team Liaison. I spent 1.5 years embedded with the Peugeot F1 Team, mastering high-performance team management, extreme productivity, and agile workflows. I successfully transferred these precision standards from Formula 1 to corporate processes, significantly enhancing organizational quality and flexibility.

At IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones, I was a Board Member and Organizational Development & Quality Manager. I directed group-wide process reengineering and change management initiatives, including the implementation of SAP systems. These efforts improved operational coherence and efficiency across the company.

I hold a specialization in Intercultural Management from HEC Paris and am a certified Scrum Grand Master from UTN.
