I am a results-driven Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience supporting employee relations, HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning in fast-paced corporate and staffing environments. Throughout my career, I have partnered successfully with managers and employees to resolve workplace concerns, conduct investigations, and support recruitment efforts while maintaining compliant HR practices.
I have extensive experience as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support across multiple states and sites. I am skilled in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action, coaching, and employee engagement. I am proficient in HRIS and ATS systems, including Workday and UltiPro, and have strong capabilities in documentation, recordkeeping, and policy interpretation.
In my recent role as Recruitment Coordinator Team Lead at Pontoon Solutions (Adecco Group), I oversaw high-volume recruiting operations, managed a team of recruiters, and served as the first point of contact for employee relations matters.
